difference in the community for years to come. About the Role: We
are seeking a highly motivated, independent, results-oriented Sr.
Sales Representative to join our cash home buying team. The ideal
applicant is ambitious, takes initiative, and is passionate about
finding effective solutions for potential sellers in our local
community. This is an opportunity to take your talents and
contribute in a big way. This role is mainly commission-based but
does have a base salary. We provide all the tools necessary for
someone who is hungry and wants to learn and grow to be successful.
Our commission structure allows you to earn a great income! The sky
is the limit! Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive
business forward Build and maintain relationships with potential
sellers via phone, email, and in person Research and determine the
appropriate price for each home Critically evaluate and analyze
offers Negotiate and sign contracts Manage leads using CRM software
Collaborate and coordinate with a team Qualifications: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Passionate about sales,
business, and/or real estate Naturally curious and takes initiative
Eager to continuously learn and grow Proficient in computer skills,
including most Microsoft Office programs Able to work independently
and in groups Previous sales experience preferred CRM software
experience preferred High school diploma or GED required. College
