Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate
(PT) to assist members in maximizing their membership benefits and
travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize relationship selling to promote Membership, Travel, and
Financial Services products
Provide exceptional service and respond to member inquiries in a
high-volume contact center environment
Meet or exceed established production goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably
in a call center
A Motor Club License is required within 60 days of hire, with costs
reimbursed
Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while
working remotely
Stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection is mandatory
