This position supports the Property with completion of day-to-day activities in the Companys best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a multi-family apartment community, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. This position may be asked to work at other properties in the local area when coverage is needed.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: preparing available units each morning for showings, answering the phones, assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns, completing leasing paperwork, posting notices, entering resident information into the system.
