Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Data Center Operations Analyst- IBMi.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to computer operators and account teams
Schedule software support and balance workloads within mainframe and server environments
Participate in technical solutions and troubleshoot issues related to scheduling and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in IT and with a Job Scheduler
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Knowledge of mainframe (TSO, SDSF, TMS, QuickRef) and server scripts
Job Scheduler product knowledge
