This role is responsible for all aspects of AR processing and Collections.Job Title Responsibilities: * Billing inquiries, customer refund requests, account disputes and adjustments.* Collection activities including customer follow-up, resolving unpaid invoices, negotiating payment plans and settlements, and dispute resolution.* Reconcile complex accounts.* Reduce delinquency of assigned accounts.* Specialized billing as requested by customers.* Perform other tasks as assigned.Job Title Requirements: * 5+ years of experience with AR Analysis and Collections.* Prior experience managing high-volume accounts.* Intermediate Word and Excel experience.* Self-Starter who is reliable and assertive.
