About the roleThe Supply Chain Planner will report to the CFO and be part of a tight, entrepreneurial team in a high growth, dynamic business environment. This is for an experienced supply chain professional with strong planning and analytical skills. This full-time position is based in Concord, MA.Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a rolling weekly demand forecast
• Coordinate with channel managers to understand expected demand
• Validate demand forecast against company Revenue targets.
• Monitor Inventory levels at multiple warehouses (including Amazon FBA)
• Place weekly orders with the production facility level loading as much as possible
• Monitor inventory in transit and ensure accurate inventory levels in NetSuite
• Planning to support existing products and and a steady flow of new product introductions
• Identify inventory constraints due to lead times, transit times, capacity, holiday shutdowns and component shortages
• Provide monthly reporting on KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or other related field
  • 2+ years experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the seasonal gift industry
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Clear understanding of basic financial and inventory measures: sales, margin, weeks of supply, safety stock, sell through, inventory turns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a faced-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus You are someone who is
