aiEDU's Lead, Development, you will play a pivotal role in
developing and executing the organization's fundraising engagement
and stewardship strategy. This position leads all aspects of donor
moves management, stewardship, fundraising dashboards and campaigns
— ensuring sustainable revenue growth through individual giving,
grants, corporate partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate
will be a relationship-builder, strategic thinker, project manager,
and skilled communicator with a passion for advancing the mission
of aiEDU. ? Role Details Location: This full-time, exempt position
can be done on a flexible schedule remotely from anywhere in the
U.S. with access to high speed internet. The candidate should be
comfortable and equipped to work efficiently in a remote work
environment. Compensation: The baseline compensation range for this
role is $105,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. Benefits: We

date: We'd like a candidate to start as soon as possible after
receiving an offer, though there is some flexibility. ? Your
Responsibilities: Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management (40%)
Lead donor stewardship efforts by ensuring timely, personalized
acknowledgments and recognition. Maintain accurate donor records
and contact information in the CRM system (e.g., Airtable). Plan
and execute engagement strategies to deepen donor relationships and
retention. Partner with program and communications teams to develop
compelling impact stories and materials. Write compelling and
engaging communications to funders including proposals,
newsletters, and annual grant reports. Administrative Oversight &
Reporting (40%) Manage fundraising operations, including data
entry, tracking, reporting, and financial reconciliation. Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising reports for leadership
and the board. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial
planning for development initiatives. Ensure compliance with
fundraising regulations and ethical standards. Support subgrant
management including RFPs, proposal review, subgrantee check-ins,
and interim/final reports. Fundraising Strategy & Execution (20%)
Support identification, cultivation, and development plans to
solicit major donors and institutional funders. Co-manage a
portfolio of approximately 50 qualified prospects. Support ideation
of donor outreach, LOIs, and proposal development. Oversee annual
campaigns and special initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to
align fundraising goals with organizational priorities and
long-term strategy. Design and manage fundraising and thought
leadership events, both virtual and in-person. ? Your Impact:
Within 1 Month, You Will: Develop a deep understanding of aiEDU's
mission, funders, and prospects. Review current aiEDU resources,
grant agreements, and reports. Within 3 Months, You Will: Support
the development of the monthly e-newsletter and drafting grant
reports. Manage fundraising operations and data entry in the CRM.
Within 6 Months, You Will: . Support ideation of donor outreach,
LOIs, and proposal development. Support operations of the aiEDU
Advisory Board. Within 12 Months, You Will: Begin to manage
fundraising and thought leadership events, both virtual and
in-person. Establish new and effective avenues for storytelling and
sharing outcomes with current and prospective funders. About You

you: 5 years of fundraising or development experience, with a
proven track record of meeting revenue goals. Experience managing
donor databases (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, Bloomerang,
DonorPerfect). Knowledge of grant writing and reporting processes
for $100,000 donors. Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation
skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
