JOB LEVELM60/P60EMPLOYEE ROLEIndividual ContributorThe OpportunityAdobe's Cyber Operations team manages critical processes to ensure cybersecurity across the enterprise and our products. We are responsible for protecting enterprise and cloud infrastructure, operating systems and processes, including our cybersecurity data lake that detects intrusions and responds to security incidents. We seek a seasoned technical leader to work closely with the VP, Cybersecurity Operations, to develop technical strategy across these functions. The ideal candidate understands how product and IT teams think, can communicate risks and solutions effectively, and is a skilled collaborator and problem solver. Recognized expertise and influence beyond Adobe, within industry and community, are highly valued, as is the ability to advance our security initiatives.What you'll do here

• Identify security gaps in cloud permissions, monitoring, and infrastructure configurations; collaborate with engineering teams to craft mitigation solutions.
• Identify security gaps in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Drive technical security excellence across Cyber Operations.
• Foster a culture of security engineering innovation and excellence.
• Partner with Security Architecture to provide input on cloud-agnostic architectural solutions addressing security and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with security tool vendors to understand long-term support possibilities.
• Create technical security presentations and engage teams to promote security awareness.
• Mentor and coach technical contributors and aspiring scientists.
• Translate complex security topics for broader understanding among junior engineers.
• Advise senior management on advanced technical issues.
• Lead multi-functional groups or initiatives, or consult within the company.
• Analyze issues for continuous improvement in technology, processes, and productivity.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and standards within Adobe.
• Question the status quo to define best-in-class products and experiences.
• Represent Adobe as an ambassador, attracting and developing technologists.What you need to succeed
  • Deep understanding of cloud security across infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like ISO, PCI, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and how to meet their requirements.
  • Ability to identify and coordinate security innovations.
  • Broad technical understanding of cloud technologies at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple areas.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. markets, with a range of $193,900 -- $351,300 annually, varying by location, experience, and skills. Further details will be shared during the hiring process. Salaries for sales roles include base + commission; non-sales roles include base salary with incentives. Some roles may include long-term incentives such as equity awards.
