The Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) provides care with knowledge of substance abuse and mental health, performs assessments, monitors withdrawal, and administers medications per physician orders.
Responsibilities include pre-admission screenings, maintaining patient documentation, conducting physical assessments, evaluating medical issues, adhering to infection control protocols, and patient education.
Requires a nursing degree, valid Massachusetts license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of experience, though new grads are encouraged to apply and will be trained.
Strong communication skills and ability to implement physician orders are essential.
Position available full-time and part-time, with pay ranging from $34.22 to $43.50 per hour.
