Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Military OneSource
Counselors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of Non-Medical Counselor staff and
assist with risk calls
Coach and train staff, monitor performance, and provide
constructive feedback
Conduct staff meetings and coordinate training for new
employees
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related mental
health field
Current, valid counseling license/certification from state of
residence
5+ years of post-graduate clinical or social services
experience
Experience in brief cognitive-behavioral and crisis
interventions
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members
