Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate to support its
Tourism & Destination Development division.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including
financial modeling and analysis for tourism development
projects
Develop strategic tourism development plans and manage client
relationships to ensure satisfaction and pursue new business
opportunities
Monitor industry trends and conduct primary research to share
insights with colleagues and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in development, research, financial
modeling, or consulting
Exceptional proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth research and market
studies
Proven track record of completing feasibility and asset development
studies
