Job Description:The Pharmacy Supervisor - is responsible for ensuring safe, timely and productive workflows in operational and assigned clinical service areas. The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assigned areas of pharmacy services including but not limited to the execution of clinical pharmacy program, sterile and non-sterile compounding, pharmacy automation and technology, drug dispensing and delivery, documentation and maintenance of staff training and competency.Education:

• Doctoral Degree School of Pharmacy - Accredited by ACPE - RequiredExperience:
  • 3-5 years Pharmacy Experience in an Acute Care Hospital Pharmacy Operation and Unit Based Clinical Pharmacy Program - Required
  • 1 year supervisory experience - preferred
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary pharmacy environment - required
  • ASHP Accredited Residency Program - Preferred -Certifications/Licensures:
    • RPH Registered Pharmacist - California Board of Pharmacy - Required -Skills:
      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Work Shift:08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)Pay Range:$92.07 - $138.11HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
