Description: InstroTek, Inc is currently seeking a full-time Service Admin in our Concord, CA office. This role will have an office and warehouse focus. We are a rapidly growing company based in the Research Triangle Park, NC area with offices in California, Colorado, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Texas.   • Prepare and process all types of documents and transactions required for daily office operations
  • Evaluate Sales Orders and determine parts, components, assemblies and/ or equipment to be shipped to our customers is correct, complete, and meets the quality standards set forth by management
  • Answer sales related phone calls and process sales orders
  • Complete miscellaneous office administrative tasks
  • Provide customer service in any capacity needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interface with customers to ensure that any issues, arising in regard to a sale, is resolved
  • Compare items to be shipped against Sales Orders and Packing slips to ensure that addresses, contacts, customer requests, shipping method, and quantities are correct
  • Pull, package and ship product from inventory as needed
  • Receives parts, materials, and supplies into inventory
  • Assist in the packaging of parts, components, equipment and machinery in appropriate packaging to ensure safe, un-damaged, timely delivery
  • Purchase parts, components, and materials used in daily production operations
  • Prepare shipments using FedEx / UPS shipping software Requirements:You Should Have:
    • Attention to detail / proof reading ability
    • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
    • The capability to articulate information and product details during telephone conversations.
    • Punctuality and Time Management skills
    • Capacity to multi-task
    • Working knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, QuickBooks, and/or FEDEX / UPS shipping software is preferred
    • Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment
    • Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers
    • Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures
    • Ability to safely and properly use / operate various shipping, receiving and warehouse equipment
    • Ability to use common hand tools for assembly and / or repair operations
    • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal assembly and process proceduresYour Background Should Include:
      • Education: High School Diploma
      • Experience: 1-3 of Administration working in an office/warehouse environment
      • Organized and motivated
      • Ability to read, write and understand the English language
      • Ability to follow written and oral instruction
      • Ability to Add, Subtract, and perform basic mathematical functions Physical Demands:
        • Receives parts, materials, and supplies into inventory.
        • Assist in the packaging of parts, components, equipment and machinery in appropriate packaging to ensure safe, un-damaged, timely delivery.
        • Purchase parts, components, and materials used in daily production operations
