The Renee White Team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join the dynamic real estate team. The Transaction Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions, from listing to closing. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as a deep understanding of real estate processes and regulations. The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a successful transaction.

This is an IN-OFFICE role only. The Transaction Coordinator will work from our office located at Walnut Creek.

--- Transaction Coordination Responsibilities
--- Manage the entire real estate transaction process, from listing to closing.
--- Ensure transaction files are complete, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.
--- Coordinate and schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings.
--- Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
--- Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, addendums, and disclosures.
--- Maintain secure electronic document systems (KW Command / Google Drive)
--- Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
--- Monitor and manage transaction timelines, addressing potential delays.
--- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Additional Listing Coordinator Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with the Listing Manager to streamline property listing preparations.
--- Schedule property-related tasks, including inspections, cleanings, staging, photography, and sign installations.

--- Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field is a plus.
--- Strong understanding of real estate processes, CAR contracts, and legal requirements.
--- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
--- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
--- Proficiency with document management software and real estate transaction management
--- Proficient in Google products: sheets, calendar, drive, Gmail
--- Experience with Follow-up Boss or KW Command is a plus
--- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
