Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Brokerage Operations
Professional, LIC-2.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and process new account documents,
maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions
Analyze and process non-routine and/or complex new business and
service transactions
Provide high-quality customer service by communicating detailed and
accurate information to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained within 90 days
of hire
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial
reporting tools
Ability to work day and/or evening shifts according to volume
forecasts
