Position Details:
We are looking for compassionate, kind, and community-orientated individuals to join our team. Help assist Adults with Disabilities in building skills toward greater independence and self-sufficiency at one of our 3 Adult Day Programs in Concord!

This position helps lead activities that are fun and enriching such as:

- Group activities include:
- Arts and Crafts
- Cooking
- Yoga
- Dace Classes
- Gardening
- Museum Trips
- Baseball games and more!

Position: Day Program Instructor for Adults with Disabilities
Location: :Concord, CA (Three Locations!)
Hours: :
Monday - Friday 8:00am-3:30pm (37.5 hours per week) OR:
Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: :$18 per hour plus great benefits!

Essential Functions: :

- Verbally and physically supports people in their daily program. (This includes providing support in community settings.)
- Manages participants medical and personal care needs. (including assisting with bathroom use)
- Implements lesson plans and collects data.

Minimum Requirements:

- Valid CA driver license and good driving record
- Masking is required for for this program

Our vacation accrual rates are generous!
1st and 2nd year of employment = 2 weeks vacation a year;
3rd and 4th year of employment = 3 weeks vacation a year;
5th to 9th year of employment = 4 weeks vacation a year;
the 10th year onward = 5 weeks vacation a year.
