As an Internal Service Advisor, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by thoughtfully assessing the wants and needs of our clients in the service department.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for writing, dispatching, and closing all Internal Repair Orders (new and used vehicles)
  • Coordinates with Sales and Used Car Management for inventory processing
  • Maintains and creates XTIME/ASR estimates for the Used Car Manager to approve work to be completed on the stock units
  • Responsible for writing warranty PDI repair orders for new stock units arriving from the factory
  • Coordinate with sales managers and service managers on accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on each repair and keep sales managers and service manager informed of progress
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
  • Work with customer and technician to install accessory of after sale add-on as needed
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on schedule. QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Previous Internal Service Advisor Experience, preferred
    • Excellent follow-through skills
    • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
    • Fantastic communication skills
    • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
    • Team oriented and self-motivated
    • Experience with CDK preferred
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving recordBENEFITS:

        • Hourly plus monthly commission. We are a drug free environment.
