ANSYS, Inc. seeks Technical Services Engineer II to work in
- Help ANSYS customers and channel partners solve complex
engineering problems using ANSYS software products.
- Leverage expert-level engineering knowledge and
customer-relationship skills to assist in growing the company's
software business in line with the corporate vision.
- Apply advanced engineering expertise and knowledge of
simulation techniques to assist customers in simulation-driven
- Provide engineering solutions to customer questions and issues
in the usage of the ANSYS Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
software, and help guide the customers with their engineering
workflows and knowledge of simulation applications.
- Collaborate with product development to improve ANSYS products
and the customers experience using these products.
- Participate in internal corporate initiatives to further
enhance the solution suites, sales enablement and professional
- Actively participate in the development and mentoring of team
- Instruct intermediate and/or advanced training classes on the
usage of ANSYS simulation products.
- Contribute individually and as part of the technical support
team to continually sustain and enhance our support processes and
customers satisfaction with ANSYS technical support.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical,
Aerospace or Chemical Engineering.
- Three (3) years of experience in a related position.
- Work experience or academic coursework must have included:
o Three (3) years of experience using ANSYS or other commercial
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software;
o experience implementing numerical models to obtain practical
engineering solutions to problems; and
o experience managing engineering projects and communicating
