A Behavioral Coach provides behaviorally
focused mental health services to children and families. These
services are child and family focused and strength
based. Sessions are scheduled in accordance with the child and
family's needs, with interventions developed based on the family's
specific skills, values, and strengths to promote sustainable

Provide time-limited behaviorally- focused mental health support
services to clients and their families.
Participate in treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and IEP
Maintain caseload of 3-5
Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments,
progress notes, monthly reports, termination reports and other
required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain client charts and records to Utilization Review
Collaborate and communicate with all treatment team
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
Attend and participate in all program meetings and
Ability and willingness to work independently in the office and in
