Job Description:

****Seeking an Administrative Clerk in the Contra Costa County****


  • Opening and sorting of daily mail and documents
  • Indexing, scanning, induction, distribution processing, storing and auditing of paperwork
  • Collects, sorts, and organizes incoming mail by document type for scanning
  • Imports all received Fax documents into computer software for processing on an hourly basis


  • High school diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, 10-key, and data entry


  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (onsite NOT REMOTE)


  • $20 - $24
  • Contract 4months
