NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY!
Aerotek is looking for a Service Router.
The ideal candidate will be someone that has worked in a call
center and can handle at least 100 incoming telephone calls per
day. - Will be working directly with the company technicians
directing to them their specific service calls.
1. Assign service appointments to service technicians.
2. Arrange appointment times with customer and service
3. Report issues to supervisors.
4.Process documentation as required,
5. Maintain database updates and resolutions.
-2+ years of high volume call center experience.
-1-2 years of dispatch experience preferred.
-Good communication skills
-Ability to MULTI-TASK
-Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to meet
deadlines in a fast paced environment
-Very computer proficient

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years post-high
