ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Account Management
The Account Executive position requires an individual who is
knowledgeable of the healthcare industry, intuitive to customer
needs, and understands benefit plan complexities from both an
employer and employee perspective. Additionally Nonstop places high
priority on: delivering premium customer service; client and member
diplomacy; flexibility and collaboration follow-thru on
deliverables; and most importantly, comfort with being in a client
facing role.

Account Executive:
Educating members about their group health benefits, accessing
resources from the carrier relations team
Maintaining long-term client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention,
with support from client relations, carrier relations, and
client/consumer experience teams
Well versed in both fully-insured and self-funded plan design.
Experience with reference-based pricing preferred but not
required
Third-Party Administration experience preferred but not
required
Defining complete benefits packages (including medical and
ancillaries), in collaboration with the carrier relations and
client/consumer experience teams
Reviewing renewal and marketing (RFP) results and producing client
facing presentations (analytical comparisons).
Coordinating and completing all renewal and open enrollment tasks
(e.g. renewal packets, scheduling in-person meetings and webinars,
online/other enrollments, and data exchanges), and accessing
resources across teams to meet client needs/deadlines
Developing a consultative and trusted advisor relationship with key
contacts and executive sponsors
Planning quarterly online client visits
Providing timely updates to clients regarding upcoming
initiatives/deadlines/topics of interest, in collaboration with
client/consumer experience team
Providing support/guidance regarding healthcare requirements and
regulations
Traditionally traveling to onsite client locations and Nonstop
offices was parcel and part of the position responsibilities.
Currently, due to the current pandemic, travel to onsite client
locations and Nonstop offices has been suspended. This may change
in the future.
Minimum requirements for this position include:
7+ years of medical benefits/health insurance experience
Licensed with the DOI to sell Accident and Health and Life
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years recent experience in Account
Management / Customer Relationship Management
Current knowledge regarding PPACA, healthcare reform
regulations/requirements
Experience managing projects, particularly benefits renewals
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google
Sheets skills
