Job Description Job Description We’re partnering with a
late-stage biotechnology company preparing to go commercial to
identify a Contracts Coordinator to support its Commercial
organization on a 6-month contract engagement during a period of
high contract volume. This role is administrative in nature and
focused on contract intake, tracking, documentation, and
coordination across internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid
position, requiring candidates to report onsite one day per week
(Tuesdays) in Brisbane, CA for team alignment and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate commercial contracts from intake
through execution and archiving, ensuring accurate routing and
timely progression Serve as the primary point of contact for
internal contract intake, tracking, and status updates Act as the
“air traffic controller” for contract workflows, ensuring smooth
handoffs between Commercial, Legal, and other internal teams
Maintain contract records, templates, and documentation within
contract management systems and shared drives Route contracts for
review, approval, and signature in partnership with Legal and
Commercial stakeholders Track contract milestones, renewal dates,
expirations, and amendments Identify and flag administrative issues
(e.g., incorrect headings, missing information) to keep processes
moving Support reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvements
related to contracts administration Provide general administrative
and coordination support as needed in a collaborative,
roll-up-your-sleeves environment Qualifications 3–5 years of
experience in contracts administration, commercial operations,
sales operations, or a similar administrative coordination role
Experience supporting contract workflows in a healthcare, biotech,
life sciences, or technology environment preferred Comfort working
with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; prior Ironclad
experience is not required Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume,
time-sensitive work Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and
processes Clear, professional written and verbal communication
skills Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity with onsite
presence one day per week in Brisbane, CA
