The CX Platform leverages advanced AI and cloud technologies to meet diverse needs, ensuring quick and impactful results. We focus on delivering high-quality work, data-driven decisions, transparency, and ownership.Your ImpactYou will apply your technical expertise to support other TPMs in driving engineering planning and development across multiple cloud-based teams. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with product teams to plan requirements, develop timelines, mitigate risks, and drive technical tradeoffs. You will also contribute to process improvements and best practices.Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and marketing teams to align goals and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a central contact for project updates and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Ensure engineering outputs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Track performance using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Report on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Support engineering teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM with 8+ years of program or product management experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
    • 4+ years of software development experience in Java, C, C++, or Python.
    • Experience managing technical programs using agile methodologies with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.Preferred Qualifications
      • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certifications.
      • Experience resolving program issues and working with end users or developer communities.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
