A company is looking for a Director of HR Technology and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical processes related to Talent Team programs
including compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance
management
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR on performance review system
setup and ensure timely execution of compensation changes
Oversee people data and analytics, ensuring compliance with data
security principles and conducting regular audits
Required Qualifications
10 years of human resources experience, including 7+ years of HRIS
experience
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related
field
Demonstrated proficiency in project management and
implementations
Ability to analyze data and metrics across different HR
functions
