Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Scrum Master to support client
contract needs in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client requirements elicitation and develop necessary
documentation for stakeholders
Manage and direct a Scrum development team, facilitating all
Scrum-related meetings
Track team velocity and sprint progress, while promoting continuous
improvement and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Agilist
Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira,
ServiceNow)
US Citizenship required for active Top Secret SCI clearance
Experience with cybersecurity policy at Federal, DoD, Joint, or
Army levels is preferred
