Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a Certified Registered
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team.
This role involves administering anesthesia and providing care
before, during, and after surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and
obstetrical procedures. The CRNA will collaborate closely with
anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to
deliver high-quality care consistent with our integrated health
system, where care and coverage work together to help our members
thrive. Conduct preoperative patient evaluations and history to
plan safe and effective anesthesia care. Administer various types
of anesthesia and monitor patient reactions and vital signs during
procedures. Adjust anesthetic plan as needed during surgery with a
high degree of autonomy. Ensure post-anesthesia recovery by
evaluating and treating pain management needs. Comply with medical
and departmental regulations concerning patient care and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of
patient care. Expertise in administering general, regional, and
monitored anesthesia care. Strong diagnostic and patient evaluation
skills. Ability to respond to emergencies effectively and
coordinate with medical teams. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the state of
Georgia. Certification by the National Board of Certification and
Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
