Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health A Nursing

interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing
you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence

with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered

- 24/7 on-call clinical support whenever guidance is needed - Clear

nurse safety and success Requirements - Valid New Jersey LPN
License or Multistate License - Physical from within three years -
PPD or Chest X-Ray - Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not
online) - Valid driver's license - G-tube, trach, vent experience
