Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy Sub-Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility - Provide rehabilitation therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting - Assist in patient treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision - Support functional recovery, mobility, and daily living activities - Work either part-time or full-time on temporary or temp-to-perm basis - 8-hour day shift schedule for 13 weeks assignment - Active state license required - No bilingual, holiday coverage, or EMR requirements HCCR About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
