Job Description:
Hope Services, a leader in providing comprehensive support for
individuals with developmental disabilities in the Bay Area, is
seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Licensed Mental Health Clinician.
This role is vital in delivering culturally sensitive mental health
care, improving the well-being and quality of life of our
Vietnamese-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient
in developing therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique
needs of our diverse client base, supporting our mission to empower
every individual we serve. Conduct mental health assessments in
Vietnamese to identify client needs and determine treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help
clients cope with various psychological issues. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client
care. Develop and lead workshops and support groups in Vietnamese,
aiming to educate and engage the community about mental health
issues. Maintain client records with high ethical standards and
confidentiality. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based
on client progress and updated needs. Fluency in Vietnamese and
English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient
in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and mental health
assessments. Ability to handle sensitive information
confidentially. Capability to work independently and as part of a
team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist,
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family
Therapist (MFT). Certified in providing mental health care to
diverse populations is a plus.
