Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License, Certification,
Registration Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is
provided) Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related
field. Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
NIH Stroke Scale Certificate CCRN preferred. Dialysis, SLED or
