Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for a prestigious and rapidly
growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing
personalized, relationship-centered care. This role is onsite in
the Laurel Heights area of San Francisco, and the position is
full-time, Monday through Friday, during traditional business
hours.Position OverviewIn this role, you will work alongside a
collaborative care team to provide concierge-style primary care to
a select group of patients. You'll manage both urgent and
preventative care, assist with treatment planning, and offer a wide
range of clinical and administrative support. The focus is on
delivering high-quality care in a low-volume, supportive

- Deliver high-quality primary care, including comprehensive
exams, follow-up visits, and urgent care, with a strong emphasis on
prevention and lifestyle medicine.
- Work independently and collaboratively to develop and manage
treatment plans for patients.
- Perform clinical duties such as blood draws, EKGs, and other
non-invasive tests, along with administrative support for
scheduling and coordinating patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, consulting providers,
and specialists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancement
initiatives to support the ongoing success of the
organization.Qualifications
- Active California RN license with board certification as a
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Strong clinical skills in primary care, phlebotomy, and IV
administration
- Ability to work independently, while also thriving in a
collaborative team environment
- Comfortable with technology and open to continuous
learning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a
focus on patient careCompensation And BenefitsThis position offers
a competitive salary in the range of $160-185,000 commensurate with
experience, along with robust health benefits. Employees receive
three weeks of paid time off, plus ten paid holidays and one
