With a competitive yearly salary of $60,000, you can focus on what you do best - providing quality therapy services while being part of a team that prioritizes your well-being and professional development.

Responsibilities:
--- Accrue hours towards licensure in a beautiful space with an outstanding team while earning an income. IMT is a collaborative team that values each other professionally and personally. We provide referrals weekly, have a client waitlist, and can provide you with unlimited referrals.
--- Develop the clinical and entrepreneurial skills required for success in private practice.
--- Create an actual practice that is yours once you are licensed.
--- Receive guidance and support to launch your private practice career.
--- The potential to earn more as your practice grows.
--- Clinical enrichment and support, including training, group supervision, and pairing with a seasoned IMT staff member.
--- A Marketing Support Program including promotion on our website

Qualifications:
--- Passionate in providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
--- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for ongoing cases
--- Ability to work independently and be open to learning the business and marketing side of private practice and having the skillset to use them.
--- Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health services to our clients.
--- Minimum requirement of 15 clients a week is considered part-time. The option for the full-time position requires a minimum of 22 clients a week. Both positions must have the ability to run groups.
--- Must have a good sense of humor and be a team player.
--- Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
--- Being dependable, punctual, reliable, and professional a must!
--- Minimum 1-year commitment and if a good fit the idea and want to continue as a licensed clinician with the Institute of Mindful Therapy.
