By transforming the character, we give life back to the people who have lost it through substance abuse and mental health issues.--Our Concord inpatient facility houses 24 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Our newly remodeled location offers amenities to both our clients and staff.Positions available :--Full time: Tuesday- SaturdayFull time: Sunday- Wednesday--Benefits (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist etc.):----A diverse clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy servicesExperience providing formal supervision of associate therapistsCompetitive pay10 days paid vacation10 holidays/ 5--sick days per yearMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits--with NO monthly premium for employee401K with a company match of up to 3%Accident & life Insurance--Essential Functions:Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clientsAssesses and monitors clients' behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.Works as a team member with other professionalsParticipates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferencesConducts individual,--family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relativesParticipates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agenciesPrepares verbal, written, and statistical reportsAttends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issuesOperates a personal computer and other office equipmentCommunicates effectively with others in person and over the telephoneAnalyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responsesPerform job duties under stressful conditionsMay be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilitiesEducation and minimum qualification:Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.--Must possess a valid Driver's License----------Preferred education and experience:Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counselingBachelor's degree in a related field.Salary: $94,848-$142,000 (range is posted for 40 hours)The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. --This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage. --Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education.
