Evolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist at San
Miguel Villa, Concord, CA. -We are looking to hire ASAP and we
offer great benefits. Physical therapists help injured or ill
people improve movement and manage pain and we need someone like
you with your skills and expertise. - -
Must have a Negative COVID test prior
to starting assignmentShift: M-F, 8-10-hour days (some
weekends)Start date: ASAPQualifications/Requirements:
Skilled nursing facility -(SNF)
experience 1 year experience Must have worked within the last five
yearsMust have a current Physical Therapist license (PT)CPR
Certification Quality Assurance Must have a Negative COVID test
prior to starting assignment (the test must be completed no more
than 7 days before the start date)We need someone with these key
skills.
Performs screenings, specialized
assessments, and treatments on in/outpatients with multiple medical
diagnosesCollects, understands, and reviews medical, evaluation and
treatment information from a variation of sources into appropriate
patient documentation according to department documentation
policiesMakes developmental and/or age-appropriate modifications in
observation, evaluation and treatment methods/activities in order
to evaluate/treat patients who may have difficult circumstances and
