Trusted by some of the world's largest financial institutions, Naehas is driving innovation, accuracy, and governance in customer engagement.About the PositionAt Naehas, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Channel Solution. In this pivotal role, you will develop, enhance, and grow the channel orchestration and real-time personalization platform, and ensure it not only meets but exceeds the needs of our global customers.Successful candidates will have enterprise SaaS product management experience, technical and strategic fluency with digital (web, email, or mobile), direct mail, and real-time personalization technologies and APIs, go-to-market and platform product adoption, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, you will be adept at interacting and collaborating with multiple technical and business levels at top financial institutions.As Solution Product Manager, you will also interact regularly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, User Experience Design, and Customer Success. You will work on and execute a product strategy based on your experience and both internal and external inputs.What You Get To Do In This Role:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution of new features that leverage the power of the Naehas Channel Orchestration platform and ecosystem (Adobe, SFMC, Aprimo, and more) to solve key customer problems
• Drive building world-class Customer Experience services and applications that will delight consumers across different marketing channels - web, mobile, email, print
• Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, services, and GTM partners, to build an exceptional solution
• Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively.
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, and measure success with data and research.
  To be successful in this role, you have:
  • A minimum of 8 years in product management, with a background in designing and delivering world-class SaaS products.
  • Deep expertise in large-scale marketing platforms, and a good understanding of the technical and business processes of the marketing teams in the financial industry.
  • Strong experience with integrations with Adobe (e.g., AEP, Adobe Analytics) and SFMC (e.g. CDP, Email Studio)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. Must be capable of driving strategic narratives and engaging effectively with senior leaders.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI-powered for creation and editing experiences
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with a track record of planning and executing projects with precision and speed.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to launch major projects successfully.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
