seeking a Portable Equipment Management Solutions (PEMS),
Operations Manager 2for our client, Stanford Medical Center in Palo
Alto, California.Stanford University Medical Center is a medical
complex which includes Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children's
Health. It is consistently ranked as one of the best hospitals in
the United States and serves as a teaching hospital for the
Stanford University School of Medicine.Our Healthcare Portable /
Patient Equipment Management Solutions teams work to ensure
delivery of patient equipment; and provide exceptional logistics
and supply chain solutions. These teams also have responsibility
for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer
service via effective communication with all levels of hospital
staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both
client and patient satisfaction.What You'll Do
- maintenance and inspection of transport / portable equipment,
as well as logistics, documentation and reporting;
- responsible for driving patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and
staff;
- works with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection
Prevention Director;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System;
- supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.What We

- proven leadership in operations or asset management
- experience translating data into impactful strategies
- background in healthcare, logistics, or technical services a
plus
- knowledge of patient transport services in a healthcare
setting;
- the ability to analyze data, present and effectively
communicate to all levels within the organization
- proficiency with computers and other technology;

Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experienceMinimum Management Experience - 3 yearsMinimum Functional
