office (including a third day).About The Role:TheContract
Management Leadrole is responsible for providing contract support
to key partner teams, including Sales and Procurement. Reporting to
Notion's Lead Commercial Counsel, this role will play a critical
part in managing commercial legal workflows and implementing
scalable contract solutions that enable business growth and ensure
compliance. You will also support broader Legal team initiatives by
contributing to cross-functional legal projects and process
improvements.What You'll Achieve:
- You will act as a senior individual contributor with broad
responsibility for Notion's contract management processes and
tools. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary liaison with Legal Operations on the
contracting lifecycle management (CLM), project management
implementation, ticketing system, and other cross-legal team
tools
- Owning and driving the AI contract review tool and other
commercial legal team tools
- Partnering with the Business Technology team to optimize tools
and systems that enhance team efficiency and operational
excellence
- Own development and maintenance of workflows and processes to
support contract review, execution, and management across the
organization.
- Review and apply playbooks to vendor and customer agreements
including SaaS, technology, professional services, nondisclosure,
and other commercial agreements.
- Develop and maintain playbooks, educational materials, and
other enablement collateral to support global cross functional
partners.
- Manage major cross-functional projects such as terms of service
updates, contract workflow change management, and contract
repository implementation.Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of contracting or contracting operations
experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS
- Strong contract drafting and business writing skills
- Experience discussing and explaining technology contract terms
and concepts
- Experience building, curating, and organizing legal-related
collateral repositories
- Familiarity with CLM (Ironclad) and contract management
solutions
- Familiarity using Notion to support cross-functional
documentation, workflow building, and automation.
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence solutions

be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and

Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is
