Job Overview
Trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies - helping them transform
business operations by connecting people, places and things. Lead
and manage Enterprise Account Team focused on T-Mobile's Enterprise
Sales growth and revenue generation. Motivate and coach team to
drive strong performance results.
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales oversees a team of strategic
sales professionals who focus on large Enterprise and Global
accounts with over 1000 employees, with a primary focus on F1000.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise, this role is accountable
for developing and implementing a strategy that drives revenue and
sales growth across these key accounts. This includes a
comprehensive plan for using T-Mobile for Business products and
solutions, such as Voice, Data, UCC, and IoT & Connected solutions,
to achieve subscriber, revenue, and customer retention
objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Leader to guide our team
of Enterprise Account Executives in securing business from Fortune
1000 companies. You'll play a pivotal role in driving wireless
voice & data services sales, the Internet of Things (IoT), and
innovative T-Mobile Network solutions.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $191,800 - $346,200, inclusive of
target incentives
Base Pay Range: $134,260 - $242,340
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications,
and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
