A company is looking for a Director of Franchise Integrated
Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly/monthly performance metrics and provide feedback to
stakeholders
Execute commercial strategies with franchise owners for local
market implementation
Negotiate and resolve bottling contracts and manage governance
routines
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management; Master's
preferred
5+ years of experience in CPG with direct sales or franchise
management
Experience in business planning, forecasting, and distributor
management
Strong relationship-building and strategic leadership skills
Knowledge of channel marketing and competitive analysis
