Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capture Manager to lead and manage
capture efforts for successful bids.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage capture efforts from opportunity identification
through proposal submission
Develop and execute capture plans while analyzing competitive
positioning and engaging stakeholders
Ensure accurate pipeline management and facilitate effective
knowledge sharing within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-7 years of experience in capture management, business
development, or government contracting
Prior experience in disaster recovery, emergency management, or
federal/state contracting is preferred
