We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our
Construction Management market segment in the Bay Area.
Senior Project Manager day-to-day:
- Capable knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and
specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project
requirements
- Provides oversight, technical expertise, and leadership related
to conceptualization, design, engineering, systems, material and
construction means and methods
- Participates in business pursuit and strategy
- Leads project teams, subcontractors, joint ventures and
resource partners with a focus on project success
- Leads the functions to obtain, maintain, and manage data,
information, communications, and approvals required by project and
company requirements between owner, architects, engineers,
contractors/subcontractors, or other project related entities
- Directs, manages, and monitors activities of
contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related
performing entities
- Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities and
procedures related to project and client requirements
- Lead in project meetings to include documentation,
administration, and tracking of relevant information and
statuses
- Ensure contractor, architect, engineer, and provider
contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project
staff, and equipment
- Develops industry related resources, networks and technical
solutions. Builds new and existing relations with industry
partners
- Provide management of project logistics, organization, safety,
and manpower utilization
- Ensure projects close out to secure guarantees, warranties, and
related provisions for final project delivery to owner entities
- Support business development activities for pursuits,
proposals, submittals and resources for cost and performance
- Ensure project and organization quality of services are
rendered
- Perform other duties as required What we offer:

- Wellness Program What we're looking for:
- Four-year college degree with emphasis in technical disciplines
such as engineering, construction management, architecture, or
equivalent technical area of study
- 10+ years of experience in management of construction,
engineering or architectural related projects
- Experience working on DSA Education projects is a plus
- Registration as Architect, Engineer, and/or GC license is a
plus
- Must possess knowledge and application of construction
management? estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling,
documentation, engineering and construction principles, techniques,
materials, applications, and practices
- Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and
specifications
- Applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost,
administrative, and personnel interaction in professional
settings
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Suite products, and experience with project related systems such as
Prolog, Sure Track, and Primavera
- Ability to represent Roebbelen and client entities in a
professional manner at all times to ensure company quality,
policies, procedures, and compliance to all applicable contracts,
laws and regulations
