Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator, who is customer-focused and results-oriented, to join our Marketing team based in our East Bay Office. Candidate will be responsible for production of company magazines, Agent listing presentation development, luxury marketing training and support, limited digital marketing support, writing, editing and proofing marketing materials such as brochures, magazine copy and other company literature, providing support for company event planning and promotions and other administrative support within the department as needed.

Successful candidate will have a strong background in writing, be deadline driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing great attention to detail, have an eye for design and a true willingness to learn and excel.

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

Requirements include: Four year degree with emphasis in marketing, public relations or journalism and/or communications, minimum of 2 years marketing experience is required, proficient with MS Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote,), knowledge of Mac systems a plus (specifically InDesign and Freeway Pro) excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and excellent customer service, ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities, ability to be proactive and work independently, strong organizational, time management and communication skills, desire to promote Best Practices.
