Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefit Delivery Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize workflow improvement projects for the team to enable stability and scalability of supplemental/delegated benefit delivery
Partner with Devoted's offshore team and tech team to scale day-to-day operational workflows
Work cross-functionally to establish and monitor SLAs for supplemental benefit delivery and team performance

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of operations experience (Medicare Advantage health plan or vendor a plus)
Experience influencing and driving change in a highly-matrixed organization
Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management skills
Process improvement skills
