FORTUNE 100 CHEMICAL/CPG COMPANY LOCATED IN NORTHERN CA - NEAR SACREMENTO SEEKING A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGERLOOKING FOR TOP TALENT OUT OF TOP COMPANIES COMPANY GOING THROUGH GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY TO GROW $100-130K BASE PLUS BONUS RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLEYOUR ROLEThis person will be overseeing all Environmental leadership/systems and people within a high speed highly automated CPG/chemical Mfg plant Oversees environmental programs, creating new SOP's and creates a more innovative and progressive culture Through CI/Lean/Six sigma, will help the department and total plant to become much more sophisticated and innovative plant across all SHEQ Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ areaMonitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changesProvides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ areaIdentifies and implements opportunities of process optimization.YOUR SKILLS5+ years experience as an Environmental Manager within Chemical/CPG or related MfgMust have a total of 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management, leadershipMust be results focused, and has a track record of success, accomplishments, and improvements / as well as progression and promotability within career history Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP incident investigation root-cause-analysis SHEQ management systemsSHEQ international standards & HACCPSustainability Environmental impact assessmentBehavior based safety background Job stability, no more than 3 jobs in 10 years, seeking loyalty and collaboration basedSolid experience in Risk AssessmentHAZOP Occupational Health & Safety continuous improvement ing Six Sigma, DMAIC
