Job Description:
Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) is seeking a
Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator for our Concord Administrative
Offices. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible
telecommuting. PPNorCal provides a comprehensive benefits package

SUMMARY
Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator provides efficient,
high-quality administrative and clerical support for the Revenue
Cycle Management Departments: Billing, Finance, and the CFO. The
Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator reports to the Director
Revenue Cycle Management with a dotted line to the Senior Finance
Manager. Position has hybrid/remote working opportunity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
Provide primary administrative support to Billing and Finance
leadership. This includes scheduling meetings, assistance with
presentations, and all other routine administrative needs.
Coordinate and execute routine, ongoing, long-term, and seasonal
administrative tasks, and special projects.
Interact with internal and external customers, partners, and
contacts disseminating appropriate information, handling inquiries,
and resolving concerns.
Coordinate affiliate-wide communication methods, including creating
Revenue Cycle Management departments documentation for publishing
in the weekly affiliate Hot Flashes newsletter.
Manage performance evaluation DocuSign services for Revenue Cycle
Management departments.
Keep Revenue Cycle Management departments Intranet updated with the
minutes, forms, SOPs, and creates content as needed.
Organize and maintain file system and files correspondence and
other records appropriately.
Assists with updating and formatting Revenue Cycle Management
departments SOPs, policy, and procedure protocols.
Create job aides, educational materials, and SOPs. Aid in resource
creation and implementation.
Schedule, plan, and attend meetings, including coordination and
distribution of agendas, compilation, and distribution of minutes,
arranging for equipment and other materials.
Maintain current and accurate contact lists in Outlook with the use
of Excel spreadsheets.
Manage Revenue Cycle Management departments email and calendar;
including scheduling and follow up of recurring meetings.
Serves as back-up support for other Revenue Cycle Management
departments' administrative staff, as needed.
Regular correspondence, both verbal and written, with Health Center
and Administrative staff regarding Revenue Cycle Management
departments' related communications.
Obtain weekly schedules of Revenue Cycle Management departments for
publication on Intranet Out of Office Calendar.
Create and revise letter, report, and other documents as assigned
using intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Adobe Pro software.
Coordinate DEI department meeting and leader assignments.
Actively participate in the advancement of PPNorCal Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion commitment.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
AA degree or equivalent from a college or technical school
preferred, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Prior experience with complex electronic file management
systems
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write
routine memos and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
before employees in the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute percent.
REASONING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint), and Internet
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, familiarity in Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI) ACCESS REQUIREMENT
As required for health care operations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's
License.

Pay Range: Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal)
supports California's new law (SB 1162) enhancing pay transparency.
This new law requires employers with 15 or more employees to
include a pay range in job postings. The pay range reflects the
compensation that a new employee can expect to receive if offered
employment. Employees with more experience, education, and other
qualifying factors may be compensated at a higher rate of pay. The
pay range for this position is: $19.10 - $21.00
