customers to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you
will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business
plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the
enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for Digital
Financial Health
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring
in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or
unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for Digital Financial Health
requiring strong understanding of the business, policies,
procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables
and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues
and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve
goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education
- 2+ years of experience working within Agile framework Desired
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and lead implementation of strategic
business development initiatives and marketing strategies
- Ability to translate complex technical needs into
straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working
with a wide range of people
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix
environment and build effective business partnerships with all
levels of team members
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability
to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication
skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment
while balancing multiple priorities
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and
accuracy
- Financial services industry experience Job Expectations:
- This role does not offer Visa sponsorship.
- This role may require up to 25% travel.
- This position is on-site and must be willing to work out of
Charlotte, NC or San Francisco, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or New York, NY
approximately 3 days a week. Pay Range for NY, New York:
$115,900-206,100 . Pay Range $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
