personal success.The Director Development Management- Technology
role will be responsible for articulating and executing the
Technology initiatives of the Product & Technology organizational
strategy, enabling the successful completion of expressed scope,
schedule, and budget. This role will measure progress towards
project & initiative objectives and assesses that the initiatives
are delivering the value & impact intended for the PVS business.
The Director Development Management- Technology role will own the
Technology portion of the Product & Technology portfolio and
articulate team-work assignments, capacity, velocity, risk, and
cross-project dependencies needed to reach the initiative's overall
goals. This role will manage resources accountable for the
coordination of Technology work to ensure the appropriate
stakeholders are engaged and calibrated in cross-organization
initiative dependencies.Core tasks and responsibilities--- Mentors,
coaches and monitors the key performance indicators (KPIs) of 3+
technical project managers in the Technology group to build and
maintain a high performing team--- Mentors, coaches and monitors
the key performance indicators (KPIs) of 1 Manager of Scrum Master
who leads a team of Scrum Masters in the Technology group to build
and maintain a high performing team --- Prepares & presents
sprintly, monthly, and quarterly reports that gives visibility into
the aforementioned KPIs. Shares accountability for KPI reporting
with Director of Development Management- Curriculum.--- Support and
grow the Enabling Technology & Product teams to ensure this role
will foster succession planning and growth across the whole team---
Work with new technical project managers to coach and train on PVS
Ways of Working --- Work with the Director of Development
Management- Curriculum to ensure members of both teams are aligned
to handle cross functional projects with the long-term goal of
being an aligned team with shared capabilities.--- Equips processes
and awareness of internal & external agile teams to escalate
impediments, manage risk, ensure value delivery, and drive
continuous improvement--- Identify workflow, ways of working, &
process improvements, staffing needs, and budget for the team and
the projects.--- Lead and support constant organizational process
improvement (both internal & external) by proposing optimizations
for any aspect of the management & development environment and life
cycle.--- Lead and support constant process improvement by

practices and technology solutions--- Articulate the program's
strategy and objectives and assesses how it will impact a
business.--- Define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed

own area---Begins to develop relationships with senior leaders
across the organization, customers and suppliers---Work closely
with Product Management, Marketing, Platforms, Curriculum,
Technology and other groups to understand challenges, capacity to
build predictability.---Works closely with vendors to forge

management experience, including experience managing digital
products--- PMP or other Agile Project Management certification
preferred--- Experience in a leadership role developing and
delivering software-based curriculum for a global audience.--- In
depth understanding of assessment creation and delivery as well as
criticality of varying state approval needs and deadlines.---
Experience managing wholly remote teams required--- Experience of
project management in a multidisciplined and commercial
environment--- Basic HTML and web skills essential.--- Thorough
understanding of information architecture principles and
practices--- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business
applications preferred.--- Advanced knowledge of Learning
Management Systems (LMS), Educational Management Systems, or
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.---
Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles open dialog -- # of hires -
retention of new hires, on-boarder survey results, # of internal
promotions--- Take personal responsibility- Completes tasks, takes

starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing
interest in this position is $142,000-$155,000. This position is
