Growing Cosmetic dental office seeking a motivated and experienced Office Director. Must be able to communicate with patients and dentists, manage an office, oversee personnel, and perhaps even take responsibility for patient care in discussing finance. In the office and over the phone, they deal directly with patients to ensure they have a pleasant and successful office visit. They must also be comfortable with technology and schedule appointments. Dental practice administrators handle the office's accounts and patient's insurance payments, and they are often responsible for cohesive teamwork. A team leader that ensures accurate completion of day to day operations, such as presenting treatment plans, scheduling appointments and meeting daily production goals. The perfect candidate will have insurance knowledge, dental code experience and an ability to answer patients' questions regarding any discrepancies with treatment plans and financial options. This is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Additional duties may be required as necessary. Requirements

• 7+ years Dental Experience
• Submitting treatment estimates and explain treatment planning and finance options with patients, Strong Leadership.
