Job Description:

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Reporting to and with broad administrative oversight from the Vice President of Finance and Administration, this position is responsible for the administration and direction of the Child Welfare Education Partnership ( CWEP ) program. The CWEP-- Program Director is responsible for the administration, supervision, coordination, and execution of a contract with the New Hampshire Division of Health and Human Services ( NHDHHS ) to provide a broad range of educational programs, research and development activities and other services for foster and adoptive parents, residential care providers and staff at the Division of Children, Youth and Families ( DCYF ).

• Other minimum qualifications
• Master's in Social Work or other appropriate academic discipline, with five to seven years of experience related to project specialization. Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in educational program development and content; online program development and instruction; teaching adult learners; knowledge of the New Hampshire child welfare system; budget development and fiscal management; evaluation and assessment development and analysis.Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate independent research and quality improvement processes.
• High Degree of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work with diverse constituencies at all levels of state government and colleagues nationally.
• Travel as needed.
• Doctorate level degree (EdD or PhD) in an appropriate academic discipline.
